All items purchased from Preferred Batteries are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you once we transfer the product ordered to United Parcel Service to ship it out to you.

If a product offered by Preferred Batteries is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition. Please contact us for an RMA number before shipping the product back.
PRICING
With respect to items sold by Preferred Batteries, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process.
